Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior partners in conducting duties related to legal services.
- Making position case in legal services.
- Making case summary. Handling legal entity permits either foreign or local includes other business entity.
- Approaching government official.
- Handling IP Practice (local and international registration, IP Audit, IP counterfeit investigation).
- Implementing good consultation ability and using knowledge in any duties.
- Investigating fact and position case to determine occur case causes.
- Contact witness for providing witness in court process.
- Etc.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Max 35 years old
- Must have permit Advocate License (Kartu Ijin Advokat)
- Leading university graduated with GPA minimum 3.0,
- English active (written & oral) is a must,
- Preferable experienced in Corporate
- Able to work independent and team, loyal and honest.
Secretary
Depends on Qualification & Experience (Jakarta - North Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Arranging work activities schedule for Executive Chairman and Vice Executive Chairman.
- Arranging work activities schedule for Managing Partner and Partners, includes manage and update the schedule.
- Correspondence to Client and others.
- Arranging for internal and external meetings.
- Arranging partners and clients correspondences.
- Sending letters, documents and fax for legal correspondence purpose to Clients, witnesses and court official.
- Doing administrative task such as correct data/documents, explain information in writing, operate calculator and computer for payment, invoices, financial balance and others document.
- Greeting the visitor, determining the arrival purpose, and accompanying the visitor to associate or other related staff.
- Etc.
Requirements:
- Female
- Max 30 years old
- Fluent in English and active (written & oral) is a must,
- English Translation, fast typing (10 finger),
- Able to work efficiently, multitasks and under pressure, knowing secretarial tasks, administration, filling, correspondence, etc.
- Preferable experienced in Law Firm.
