• Possess good technical knowledge of geophysical principles and quantitative seismic interpretation techniques (includes acquisition and seismic data processing)
• Familiar with landmark based seismic interpretation skills and other industry standard geoscience software packages
• Familiar with geomodelling, reservoir simulation, and reservoir/production management
• Posses knowledge in Geological and Geophysical tools
• Good understanding of the integration of geoscience data
• Ability to review projects and provide constructive feedback, and to influence key business decisions as a team player and collaborator
• Ability to network well inside and outside the company at all levels
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with a flexible, diplomatic and open-minded approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, inquisitive, be able to think logically, and be capable of complex analytical thinking, including spatial visualization and the ability to develop comprehensive conclusions often from sparse data.
• Those involved in fieldwork must have physical stamina.

Mine Engineer Superintendent (North Sulawesi based)

1. Should hold diploma or degree in Mine Engineering or related discipline,
2. Have 8- 10 years working experience with a heavy mobile equipment in a mining environment,
3. Computer literate,
4. Good knowledge of budgeting, costing, and contract.

Mine Engineer (North Sulawesi based)

1. Should hold diploma or degree in Mine Engineering or related discipline,
2. Have at least 5 years experience in mining design and scheduling work, preferably in more than one open cut mining environment,
3. Computer literate,
4. Competent in the use of mine planning and scheduling software.

Mine Surveyor (North Sulawesi based)

1. Diploma degree in Geodetic or other Technical discipline,
2. Min 5 years field experience in mining environment,
3. Own Mining Surveyor Certificate,
4. Capable in operating Mining Software i.e. Surpac, Minescape etc.,
5. Capable in operating various survey equipments i.e. Sokkia, Topcon, GPS etc.
