Compliance Officer
The incumbent will be responsible for processing and reviewing appropriateness of SIP (Scientific Initiate Program) proposal from Commercial Team in line with applicable SOP and code of conducts. The incumbent is also responsible for front end monitoring review of RTD (round table discussion)/ symposium expenses and manager’s expense reports in relation with SDP (scientific discussion program) and SIP. Supporting Compliance Manager in related duties is also expected, including implementing compliance program, delivering compliance training, and acting as a compliance consultant for employees.

The Person
Minimum S1 degree in Accounting / Business from reputable university with at least GPA 3,0 (scale of 4). Minimum 2 years experience supervisory level in accounting / auditing, or other related working areas. Pharmaceutical experience in multinational company would be an advantage. Computer literacy and proficiency in English is a must.

Applicants should possess strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, strong numeric skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen, flexible thinking, high energy and positive ambition.
